Addressing Our Inclusion in Writer Beware's Scam Archive
Transparency,
integrity &
trust.
At Wells Hamilton, transparency and integrity are at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to providing the best possible services to our clients. We were therefore surprised and concerned to find our company listed in the “Scam Archive” section of the Writer Beware website.
This page is intended to clarify our position, address concerns, and reaffirm our commitment to conducting our business with professionalism, transparency, and ethical practices.
Beware of individuals impersonating Wells Hamilton.
Scam artists have been using the Wells Hamilton name to contact authors and attempt to commit fraud. We have taken steps to identify and address these individuals, but we also need your help.
If someone has contacted you claiming to represent Wells Hamilton through unofficial or suspicious channels, please reach out to us directly so we can verify the communication.
Protect your work.
Know who you trust.
Addressing the Concerns Raised
We understand that being listed on Writer Beware’s Scam Archive raises concerns for our clients. We want to make it clear that we take these concerns seriously. After becoming aware of our listing, we immediately reached out to Victoria Strauss, the author of the blog, to discuss and address any issues. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate have not received a response.

Why We Believe This Listing Is Unjustified
We believe that our inclusion in the Scam Archive is based on misinformation or a misunderstanding. Our services are designed to support writers, not exploit them.
